Prices for our services are as described on our website. Payment is required in advance for all services unless otherwise specified in writing. We accept payments via mobile money (e.g., M-Pesa), PayPal, and other methods as indicated on our website.
Recurring charges, such as hosting fees, will be billed automatically to your payment method on file. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our website development services. If you are not satisfied with our services within 30 days of delivery, you may request a refund. Refunds do not apply to domain registration fees, third-party services, or after the website has been published live with your approval.
5. Delivery Timeline
We strive to deliver websites within 7 days as advertised. However, this timeline depends on your prompt provision of necessary content, feedback, and approvals. Delays in your responses may extend the delivery timeline accordingly.
6. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and timely information for your website
- Reviewing and approving designs and content
- Ensuring you have the rights to use any content you provide to us
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Using our services in compliance with all applicable laws
7. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the custom design elements created specifically for your website. However, we retain ownership of pre-existing materials, including templates, frameworks, and development tools used in creating your website.
You grant us permission to use your website as a portfolio item and for marketing purposes unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocalWebify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use our services
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
- Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services
9. Hack-Proof Guarantee
Our hack-proof guarantee means we will fix, free of charge, any security issues that arise from vulnerabilities in our code or setup. This guarantee does not cover security breaches resulting from:
- Client actions or negligence (such as sharing login credentials)
- Modifications made to the website by third parties
- Force majeure events
- Vulnerabilities in third-party plugins or services that we have no control over
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using our services.
